Manufacturing Sales Executive

Responsibilities

  • Sell filling, bottling, labeling, and packaging services

  • Develop new B2B accounts across multiple product categories

  • Present NCL’s full-service manufacturing and private label capabilities

  • Follow up on inbound and outbound leads and manage customer accounts

  • Coordinate with production and operations teams to support client needs

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales targets

Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience (manufacturing, packaging, or B2B sales preferred)

  • Understanding of filling, packaging, or production services is a plus

  • Existing client relationships are highly valued and may qualify for bonus commissions

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage priorities

  • Professional, reliable, and goal-oriented mindset

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills

  • Knowledge of cosmetic and haircare manufacturing or contract manufacturing experience preferred

  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop sales strategies

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
